Unlike traditional brokerages, Orchard provides agents with 2-3 qualified client appointments per week, and up to 100 a year. Half of the leads that come into Orchard are highly motivated and end up listing within six months.

At Orchard, we have a team of sales associates that speak with potential leads first. Each of these sales associates is a licensed real estate agent that qualifies the customer, confirms their motivations to move, and schedules a listing appointment on behalf of our agents.

Keep in mind that our agents can decide how much business they wish to take on, so you have more freedom to serve your clients or address any concerns that may come up.

Each agent is also equipped with a Canva professional license where they can access Orchard branded marketing materials, plus Canva’s robust creative library of flyers, social media posts, and more.

We have a dedicated pricing and portfolio team that helps our agents provide the most accurate recommended list price to their clients. We do that through our patented automated valuation model (AVM), which uses machine learning and AI to price homes 25% more accurately than leading estimates, providing you with a competitive edge.

What does career development and mentorship look like?

Orchard is committed to agent training, feedback, and professional development so you can master your local markets. All agents who join go through a 30 day onboarding, which includes perfecting your pitch with our listing presentations and becoming proficient with our systems, followed by a test-out — that way you’re comfortable and fully equipped to start receiving leads. 

As an Orchard agent, you'll have the support of a dedicated Team Lead who is committed to coaching and developing you. Our goal is to create a team of world class agents, and your Team Lead can help you achieve your goals. Your level of interaction with them is ultimately at your discretion. If you seek extensive assistance, it’s readily available. But you can work more autonomously, too. The coaching relationship is designed to be adaptable to your preferences.
